These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dawn Apps website at dawnapps.co and our mobile applications, including DripScore — Outfit Rater (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt our apps or website.

2. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account via Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Premium features in our apps may require a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal, are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

4. Beta testing

Apps distributed via TestFlight are pre-release versions provided for testing. Beta apps may contain bugs, may change without notice, and are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. AI-generated content

Our apps may provide AI-generated scores, feedback, and suggestions. This content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated output.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services (e.g., generating an outfit score).

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software in our Services are owned by Dawn Apps or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dawn Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
